Our Chef
No stranger to Les Amis Group, Chef Peter Teo joins La Strada as Chef de Cuisine. He was previously the Executive Sous Chef at Les Amis and was instrumental in helping the team clinch their first 2 Michelin Star in 2016. Spending most of his formative years honing his craft in haute cuisine, he moved to Hong Kong in 2018 taking up his first executive chef role at Bistro Du Vin, Hong Kong and subsequently at Bâtard, Hong Kong.
Since then he has excelled above creating exquisite menus and managing kitchen operations. He believes in implementing positive kitchen culture and spending time engaging with diners. Apart from his culinary efforts, Chef Peter also dedicates himself to nurturing budding chefs and cooks at international events like the Young Talents Escoffier (YTE) culinary competition (2018 & 2019).
With his experience and dedication, Chef Peter Teo is set to bring La Strada to greater heights, with his own take on Modern Italian dining.
